Blueberry Peach Smoothie

Oatmeal adds a depth of nutty, earthy flavor to this delicious smoothie with blueberries and peaches.

  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and pitted or 1 1/2 cups frozen because it requires much more liquid
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond coconut milk or water may need to add an extra 1/2 cup if using all frozen fruit
  • 5 ice cubes if using all fresh fruit
  • Optional, add Honey to taste if fruit is not sweet enough


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and serve immediately. Voila!
