Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mango pitted and sliced about 1/2-3/4
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt or regular yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 inch slice fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until nice and smooth.
